Who we are:

We are Mike and Nina Lidington, local Winchester residents. We personally maintain our houses to a high standard. Having had two daughters who have been to University we know the pitfalls for students trying to find somewhere suitable to live - whether it is your first time moving away from home, or you are simply looking for better value in your accommodation.

Living locally, we provide the added peace of mind that we are only a phone call away to quickly deal with any issues that may arise.

We are members of the Winchester Student / Landlord Forum and the houses are fully accredited by Winchester City Council.

Dear Mr and Mrs Lidington

As Victoria is shortly coming to the end of her tenancy with you,I thought I would write to thank you for looking after her so well and providing such comfortable and well appointed student accommodation .

One hears such terrible stories of students living in squalid and sub standard accommodation so I hope that they realise how lucky they have been to live in such a nicely furnished house.

Once again many thanks for you kindness

Regards,

Pat Sanderson (Name changed)

.

We've stayed for three years its really good , if you walk into college the distance is not a problem . Its so warm and comfortable and everything works.

Dear Mr and Mrs Lidington

I just wanted to send a little card to say thankyou for having me as a tenant in number 44. As you know we all loved living there, and I am delighted that I shall be returning for a second year. It's reassuring that there actually are some decent landlords who want to provide students with a nice place to live rather than the poor conditions you come to expect as a student. Your house is just beautiful, a lovely place to go after a stressful day at college, and a fantastic home to invite friends over to.

So thanks for all of your support this year, and I look forward to seeing you both in September.

Thankyou

Debbie
